Lon Huff, M.S., C.R.C., C.D.M.S.

Lon Huff  is the president and founder of LDH Consultants, Inc.,  a private rehabilitation company specializing in vocational evaluations, life care plans, and vocational and medical case management for injured individuals and determination of loss of earning potential in both workers' compensation and civil litigation.  

Mr. Huff founded LDH Consultants, Inc. in 1984, after serving as Director of Rehabilitation Services for the Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Court for approximately five years.  He has his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from Oklahoma State University, has been President of the Oklahoma Rehabilitation Association and President of the Oklahoma Chapter of the National Association of Rehabilitation Professionals in the Private Sector.  He has been a former Board Member of NARPPS and Co-Chairman of the Rehabilitation Committee of the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions.  Because of his numerous lectures and training sessions, he was voted the National Rehabilitation Educator of the Year in 1992, and was the Oklahoma Rehabilitation Professional of the Year in 1981.  He has served as legislative chair in numerous capacities and has consulted and advised various legislators concerning rehabilitation in the Workers' Compensation systems around the country. He has also served as chairman of the Jim Thorpe Association and continues to serve as a trustee.  He has addressed audiences via local and national media.

 

Lauren Keester, M.A., C.R.C.

Lauren graduated from Oklahoma State University with honors in 2007.  She obtained a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2011.  In 2011, Ms. Keester competed a internship at Edmond Family Counseling providing individual, group, and couples counseling to a variety of populations, including first-time juvenile offenders and adolescent victims of abuse.  Ms. Keester then participated in post-graduate course work at Langston University, in order to obtain the necessary qualifications to become a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor.  She began working as a student peer at LDH Consultants, Inc., during her undergraduate studies. 

Ms. Keester is enthusiastic about returning individuals to the workforce and takes great pride when she is able to successfully help individuals with disabilities find work.
